  The office person that answered the phone was very rude! When I asked if the Doctor had faxed over his medical report to disability she got all nasty and yelled at me. Saying that I am not supposed to call the Dr. call Social Security not the doctor. I informed her I already did that and that SS said the Dr. has not faxed over the report. o.0 ! really I also informed her I can call whoever I like to find out information on my son about something they dropped the ball on. You need new staff! She had a Indian accent. By the way.
