  Dr. Landsman was good and thorough. The audiologist as well. However, the staff that runs the front of house was a joke. I asked them how much the visit was going to cost, and the lady told me nothing. Imagine my shock of getting a $335 bill from the practice. No one verified my insurance or got a breakdown until after my appointment. No one even called the insurance until after I complained. I have filled a complaint with their corporate office (Hackensack Meridian) and they refuse to make the situation right. Never going to use them again.
