  We purchased a sleep sofa in 2016 for an office/guest room and we were so happy with the service from our salesperson Diane, and the quality of the furniture, that we chose Lazy Boy again when furniture was needed.
  
  We again worked with Diane and like her low-pressure sales approach — she asks questions and helps you determine if a particular piece will satisfy your needs and desires. My husband and I each appreciated that she suggested we “think about it” and not make an impulsive decision. She suggested we take a material sample, re-measure and be confident rather than hesitant about our decision. It was great advice and helped us to make a decision and now we are excited for the delivery of our furniture.
  
  The quality of the furniture is the reason we walk through the doors at Lazy Boy...and Diane’s patience and expertise are the reason we always remember and request her.
