  I ordered flowers to cheer up someone very special. This person loves purple. I ordered a specific arrangement with extra purple flowers. When they were delivered I received a picture of the flowers. There were like 3 purple flowers in it and the rest were pink! When I called, I was told that if they don't have a specific color they can choose whatever color they would like to put in there. I am very, very disappointed about this. I left a phone number so if there were any questions they could call and they just decide what color flowers to send. Very disappointing, especially when you specifically choose what flowers you want and then they send whatever they feel like. I will never order from them again.
