  I hope this helps a nervous parent. I recently had a scare when my daughter complained of “heart pain.” Where I quickly made an appointment with this office. The secretary was amazing and so nice and asked me all the right questions. Upon arriving, the receptionist at the desk was courteous and respectful and I only waited about 5-10 minutes before an amazing nurse assisted us to the examination room. DR ZALES —- I cant say enough about him. Exceptional doctor. He was engaging and thorough and took his time to listen. There was no feeling of being rushed and he did multiple tests right there in the office (ekg and echo) to verify nothing was wrong. My daughter was in awe of him. The office itself is very clean and there are toys in every room to keep siblings at bay! Such a great experience and Dr. Zales is a 5+ star MD. ❤️
